Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?

Great question. We are not agents, and we don’t list houses on the MLS. We plan to do a tasteful remodel or turn your property into a rental for a nice family. We often times partner up with other investors so we can help many families by buying multiple properties.

How do you determine the price to offer on my house?

It’s actually pretty straight forward, to determine the value of your house we look at what other houses have sold for in that area. We take into consideration the location of the property, the current condition of the property, and what repairs are needed.  Our goal is to come up with a fair offer that we both can benefit from.

Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?

This is what makes our team stand out from the traditional method of selling your house. When you sell to us, we charge NO fees, NO commission and promise a hassle-free sale. We only plan to make our living when we fix and resell or keep as a rental.

How are you different from a real estate agent?

A real estate agent will list your property and hope that someone will buy it. Sometimes this can take up to 6-12 months and they also will charge a commission from the sale price of your house which can be $6-15,000. Our process charges NO fees, and we will even pay the closing costs. We only plan to make our living when we fix and resell or keep as a rental.
